Eagles Summer CVL 2025 Finals Rules

Rules

These rules are intended to help provide the best possible playing experience. The CVL organisers and referees will be responsible for enforcing the rules. Rules can be changed on the day as long as all coaches agree.  Central to this is that coaches put the player experience for both their team and the opposition’s team at the heart of what they do. Up to u13s -player to player  defence half court only—no full court press.  U15s/u16s no full court press with 8 or greater points differential.

Player Eligibility

No National League players unless playing up a year and only entered if a coach feels their team would not get a positive experience without them playing.   Max 2 NL players per team and 1 only on the court at any time.  All players must play in each half. Players can only play in the Final if they played at least 1 game in the previous round.
